CÊLÁ is an European independent brand based in Lagos, Portugal. Our products are handmade and our small team works hard to ship all orders as soon as possible but please keep in mind that some minor delays may occur.
If the product you ordered is in pre-order, it will be shipped at a specific time frame accorded to you.
You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You may need to wait a little bit before you can check it as it might not appear immediately on the system.
If your product does not arrive within the time frame stated, please email us at shop@celastudio.com.
SHIPPING COSTS
See below our shipping costs:
Portugal and Spain: CTT 6,95€ or free delivery on purchases over 100€.
Açores/Madeira:CTT 6,95€ or free delivery on purchases over 100€.
Rest of Europe: CTT 10€ or free delivery on purchases over 160€.
Rest of the World excluding USA: CTT 18€ or free delivery on purchases over 200€.
We currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes. Please be aware that if your shipping address is non-EU, it could incur customs charges.
RETURNS
We hope you love your CÊLÁ purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please contact us at shop@celastudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return form and detailed return instructions.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. CÊLÁ cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return shipment. For this reason, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, CÊLÁ will cover the return shipping costs and issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the tags have been removed or if the item shows signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup, stains or any other use.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, CÊLÁ will cover the return shipping costs and issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

EXCHANGES
We currently offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at shop@celastudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the exchange instructions.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges will only be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
All items returned for exchange must meet the return conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
