SHIPPING

Please see below our timeframes:

Portugal: NACEX (1-3 business days)

Açores/Madeira: CTT (3-5 business days)

Spain: NACEX (3-5 business days)

Rest of Europe: CTT (about 5 working days)

Rest of the World: CTT (about 7 business days)

CÊLÁ is an European independent brand based in Lagos, Portugal. Our products are handmade and our small team works hard to ship all orders as soon as possible but please keep in mind that some minor delays may occur.

If the product you ordered is in pre-order, it will be shipped at a specific time frame accorded to you.

You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You may need to wait a little bit before you can check it as it might not appear immediately on the system.

If your product does not arrive within the time frame stated, please email us at shop@celastudio.com.

SHIPPING COSTS

See below our shipping costs:

Portugal and Spain: NACEX 5€ or free delivery on purchases over 50€.

Açores/Madeira: CTT 5€ or free delivery on purchases over 50€.

Rest of Europe: CTT 8€ or free delivery on purchases over 200€.

Rest of the World excluding USA: CTT 18€ or free delivery on purchases over 200€.

We currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes. Please be aware that if your shipping address is non-EU, it could incur customs charges.

RETURNS

We hope you love your CÊLÁ product, but in case you wish to return it, please contact us at shop@celastudio.com within 7 days after receiving your product. We will send you a form to fill up and the proper return instructions. 

The customer must be responsible for the return shipping costs and CÊLÁ is not responsible for eventual losses or damages that may occur in the process of returning.

If the product received by the customer is damaged or different than the one ordered, CÊLÁ will cover the shipping costs and credit the value back in the same payment method used, in a maximum of 30 days.

Please note that we can only accept returns of products that are still in the original conditions they were sent. Do not rip or remove the tag, as this will constitute an impossibility to return the products.

EXCHANGES

Currently we only offer exchanges in sizes. If you feel like you need a size up or down you may contact us at shop@celastudio.com and we will arrange for the exchange, depending on stock availability. Shipping costs are not refundable so, in case of exchange, the customer will bear the associated costs.

Please note that we can only accept exchanges of products that are still in the original conditions they were sent. Do not rip or remove the tag, as this will constitute an impossibility to return the product(s).

The exchange will only be made after we receive the package and verify that the item is in its original conditions. The product must come in the original package (we make it easy for you to re-use the package sent).
