Here you will find the terms and conditions for shopping at CÊLÁ. Please read them carefully before ordering any products from us. By ordering any of our products, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

The domain and online store available at www.celastudio.com (hereinafter referred to as “online store” or “website”) is owned by Naomi Isabel Bergstra Marcela, with NIF 263115534.

By placing an order at CÊLÁ, you are stating that your age is 18 or above (or have permission from someone 18 or above to do so) and you accept these terms and conditions.

When you place an order at CÊLÁ for an item, or more, that are available only for pre-order, your credit or debit card is authorized and charged the full amount of the order. You can place an order containing both pre-order and in-stock products. In-stock products will be shipped according to our Shipping Policy, within 2 to 3 business days of purchase, and if they are not, you can contact CÊLÁ at shop@celastudio.com. Pre-order products will be shipped when they become available. In this case, you have to pay the correspondent shipping cost for each shipping (if it applies).

By accepting these conditions, you agree to the following:

Online Store Terms: You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the product, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). 

General Conditions: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that the information you provide (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting network or devices. Accuracy and timeliness of information: We reserve the right to modify the contents of this website at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our website. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our website.

Modifications to the service and prices: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance.

Our products: We have made every effort possible to display as accurately as possible the images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice at the sole discretion of CÊLÁ. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, information or other material purchased or obtained by you from CÊLÁ will meet your expectations.

Accuracy of billing and account information: We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with CÊLÁ. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer, the same credit card and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order we may attempt to notify you by contacting via the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at CÊLÁ. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Handling: If the product you ordered is in-stock, it will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after purchase. If the product you ordered is in pre-order it will be shipped according to the time frame stated on the product page. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number as soon as your order is received, and another one when it is shipped. We currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes, so please be aware that shipping to non-EU countries could incur customs charges.

Refused Shipments: If you choose to refuse your order, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package and also the cost of returning the package to our address (find it below). This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Returns: We hope you love your CÊLÁ product, but in case you wish to return it, please contact us at shop@celastudio.com within 7 days after receiving your product. We will send you a form to fill up and the proper return instructions. The customer must be responsible for the return shipping costs and CÊLÁ is not responsible for eventual losses or damages that may occur in the process of returning.

If the product received by the customer is damaged or different than the one ordered, CÊLÁ will cover the shipping costs and credit the value back in the same payment method used, in a maximum of 30 days.

Please note that we can only accept returns of products that are still in the original conditions they were sent. Do not rip or remove the tag, as this will constitute an impossibility to return the products.

Exchanges: we currently do not offer exchanges.

Third Party Tools and Links: We may provide you with access to third-party tools, over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools, which is entirely at your own risk. We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Certain content, products and services available on CÊLÁ’s website may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this website may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us and we are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

Personal information: Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Errors, inaccuracies and omissions: Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Customer complaints: At CÊLÁ, we do our best to provide you with the best information, products and services possible. If you have a complaint or any other comment you would like to share with us, please contact us through our email at shop@celastudio.com. Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of Portugal, where CÊLÁ is based.
